The Omaha Fantasy Football League has been in existence since 1991. The league started with 10 teams from owners who played on a softball team and/or worked together. The league expanded to 14 teams in 1994. In 1996 it expanded to 15 teams. In the year 1999 the OFFL went back down to 14 teams and in 2000, the OFFL went back to 12 teams, where it will continue for the foreseeable future.
